If you are dissatisfied with your order for ANY reason, please ship it back it within 3 calendar days of your receipt to the address listed at the bottom of this page for a refund.

Do not ship any item(s) to us if you have had the item in your possession for more than 3 days without first contacting us by email or phone for an approval code!

Items approved for refund after more than 3 days in your possession may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Absolutely no refunds or returns if you have had the item for more than 30 days, except for warranty covered issues.
Absolutely no returns on software, printers, scanners, notebooks, used systems, special order items, labor charges or close-out merchandise.
All returns must be in original condition and in the original packing with all the manuals, Disks, CDs, and cables.

Postage for any item returned must be paid in full by the customer.
Postage to the customer for approved returns and repairs will be paid by Red Rabbit Computers.

New OEM systems have a 1-year limited parts warranty, and 3 year CPU warranty.
New OEM parts have a 1-year limited warranty.
All OEM CPUs have a limited 60 day warranty.
All items sold in Retail boxes carry a manufacturer warranty only.

Any parts with physical damage, signs of burning, or excessive dust or pet hair void the warranty.
Improper installation voids the warranty and may result in a diagnostic charge.
Choice of Warranty replacement or repair is at the discretion of Red Rabbit Computers.

We are not responsible for any typo error or incorrect pricing on this website.

All refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
Any approved refunds for items returned more than 30 days after receipt will be in the form of a credit on your next purchase.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
If you choose to exchange any item for a different item than originally ordered there will be additional shipping and handling charges.
